1. Lihiket Design and Supervision Corporation invites interested & eligible bidders for the supply of:

2. Bidders shall submit renewed trade license, VAT registration certificate, Tax identification number (TIN) and shall produce document for indication of fulfillment of tax obligation. Therefore, bidders should produce all necessary documents if required, not indicated here.
3. Interested eligible bidders may obtain & purchase biding documents upon payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 200.00 (Two Hundred Birr) from Lihiket Design & Supervision Corporation Bahir Dar procurement team office no. 29 or Addis Abeba Liaison office ORDA building around Legehar 2nd floor office no. 229 phone 0935982534.
4. All bids must be accompanied by bid Security amounting 2% of the total price quoted by the bidder in the form of unconditional Bank guarantee, CPO, certified check issued from indigenous Ethiopian Bank.
5. Bids closing date shall be on November 17/2023 G.C (ህዳር 07/2016 E.C.) at 2:00 PM (ከሰአት 8:00) Local Time.
6. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders and their legal representatives who want to attend in Bahir Dar at the Conference Room of Lihiket Design and Supervision Corporation at 2:30 PM (ከሰአት 8:30) local time on the same date specified above.
7. The Lihiket Design and Supervision Corporation reserve the right to accept or reject all or parts of the bid.
