INVITATION FOR BID

Geneva Global Inc. (GGI-Eth) is an international non-governmental organization registered as a foreign charity under the charities and societies Reg. No. 1724 Act to operate in Ethiopia. GGI-Eth has been implementing inclusive education in partnership with other organizations in the country.

Geneva Global Inc wants to purchase materials/ items listed in the table attached herewith this Bid Invitation for Speed School program to be implemented in Amibara woreda of Afar region.

The main purpose of this bid is to identify vendors who could supply the list of items specified in this bid document as per the stated specification on time with a competitive price. The list of the items that are planned to be purchased are indicated in the table attached herewith.

Interested and eligible bidders may bring the sealed envelope to Geneva Global Eth. office. You are obliged to put the sealed envelope in the closed box which is prepared for this purpose.ሰ

Bidders are encouraged to include the below-required documents in their bids.

• Valid Tax Clearance/TIN number.
• Valid business registration certificate.
• Provide a previous certificate of good bid performance from GGE(new suppliers to GGE are not required).
• Bids must be signed and stamped by an authorized personnel
• Bidders must submit names and contact details of at least three (3) previous customers that have been supplied similar stationery materials.
• A sample of the items should be brought with the bid document with the name of the firm.

The bid will be closed within ten days from the date bid was printed in the newspaper and closed on June 3, 2022 at 12:30 pm and opened on the same day at 2:00 pm. Your offer, comprising of a technical bid and price schedule, in a sealed envelope, should be submitted according to the bid specification indicated in the table in front of the item.
